Steve Javie holds a special place in the heart of Portland Trailblazer fans. During a timeout in last nights Sixers-Blazers game, the Portland crowd showed Steve Javie their love.
They spent the entire timeout chanting “JAVIE SUCKS! JAVIE SUCKS!”.
Normally I’d feel bad about someone having an entire crowd chanting that they suck at their profession, but not in this case. Javie is consistently bad and has established a history of being quick to pass out technical fouls (deserved or not). He also was bold enough to walk over to the Philly bench and have a good laugh about the crowd with a Sixers assistant coach. Hard to believe that this pompous asshole doesn’t get respect from the fans, isn’t it?
Steve, if you’re reading this, we want to suggest something. Try not to act like a total douche bag all the time and the fans might not hate you as much.
It might also help if you learned the rules of basketball.
