In case you missed it, Sunday’s Lakers-Suns game was completed with a 2-man officiating crew.
Referee David Jones had to leave the game midway through the first quarter. He told the other officials in his crew the he was feeling dizzy. He was checked out by the Lakers doctors and did not return to the game. He was later taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
Derrick Stafford and Kevin Fehr were left to call the remainder of the game one man short.
I know I like to poke fun at the referees on this site, but I sincerely hope that all is well with Jones. Take care of yourself David.
