I can’t believe the calls made at the Celtics game saturday night while playing New Orleans. Do they go to school for that??? Think they need refresher courses. Do they get paid to make those calls??? It was pretty sad. You would think with 3 refs one would get the call right.

I am watching the Bulls vs. Pacers game 3. I am sick to my stomach that this officiating crew is allowing these WWF fouls by the Pacers. Shame on you. Foster should be kicked out of the game.

I have never been so amazed at the cheating that goes on in the NBA! WOW the Indiana Bulls series is totally rigged!!! I dont watch much basketball anymore due to the refs! I will say this plain and simple!! THE REFS ARE PAID TO CHEAT AND THE FANS ALL KNOW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO VERY SAD!!!!!!!!

mesquite high educator May 23, 2012 at 11:10 pm

Ron garretson used his pull in 2010 to get several high school players cut from his son’s team, just so his 5’4″son could score more points as a senior at mesquite high school in gilbert, az.

I’m still wondering why is officiating in the NBA the worst of all professional sports. Its still haunts my mind the terrible calls, missed calls, last season playoffs between the Celtics vs the Heat in game #2 especially by Tom Washington. He also costed OKC a game with his no call on Lebron aganist Durant. If Washington had made the correct call in game #2 when Lebron fouled Durant in the low block,it might have changed how that series turned into.It was the turning point in that game,to give Miami the advantage which led to a 2-0 hole they were drugged.
The Celtics were not given a fair shake in game #2 of their series with the Heat.Tom Washington seemed to be pro Heat with his calls. There was some obvious no calls when there should’ve been calls all favored the Heat.If the Celtics had gotten a fair shake in game #2 by refs, there probably wouldn’t have been a game #6where James went into Boston and dominated.
Neither of these teams are my home team or I route for,but we all as fans like to see all teams receive a fair deal.
It’s a long way away from the 2013 playoffs, but Im putting it out there ahead of time, hoping someone in the management position of NBA refs try cleaning up the mediocre refereeing, especially in the playoffs going forward.

Mauer should quit May 18, 2013 at 10:06 pm

Kenny Mauer should quit after the Pacers-Knicks. He should take his 6 mil payoff from the Mafia and leave for good. So long Kenny. Have fun in H.S. basketball calling fouls before they occur.

I worked with Rodney when he was doing his day job and CBA on the weekends. If you don’t know him, let me say this, he is a super guy and easy to get along with as long as you don’t try to screw over him, but that goes with anyone. Good luck my friend.
