Ed Malloy
Ed Malloy was born March 17, 1971 and is currently an NBA referee. He has officiated over 230+ regular season games. He has worked on the SEX training staff since 1997. I have no idea what that is, but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t want an NBA referee training me in whatever they do.

hello NBA referees you need to do a better job on not calling every freak en call. so you need to less calling callas and let the players play.
Hi Eddie, You are doing a standup job and have followed your career since LaSalle. I wanted to know if I could send you a photo of your dad Eddie Sr. whom I played with at St. Tommy More in 1962. I had this photo for awhile but I thought you might enjoy having it. I spoke to Matty Goukas when Orlando played in Philly last week. as you might know many of the guys in the league played in that era. Those were Matty Goukas, your dad Eddie, Billy Oakes, Eddie Burke, just to name a few. I am at all the Sixer games and sit in the 1st row along the rail in section 110. Ed Malloy needs to realize that he is not the reason we watch the NBA. People like Paul Pierce are the reason we watch the NBA. Really bad decision to eject Pierce…….

Ed, great work on the finals this year… I am glad to see that someone has the balls to call out these overpaid NBA babies who think they can get away with anything… Half of them dont care about the game and only getting paid.. I wish we had more Refs like you in the league.
Dude, you are the WORST official ever! Why do you call every foul on the pacers. You dont call any against your favorite team the HEAT! Bet if someone had enough money, they could get the courts to open up your bank records and find you are getting some un accounted for $$$$. You really suck! Some one needs to show you what a real FOUL is! I will laugh my ass off if I ever hear that someone FOULDED you! lol RETIRE!!!!!!
Horrible officiating today Ed! This is the NBA playoffs, let them play. You gave James more love than his wife has over the past year. We all know how the Knicks-Heat series can go. Tough playing and hard fouls are the norm.The double tech in the beginning(Haslem-Stoudemire) was a classic example of not letting the players get into the moment. Those two guys are not the Delonte West type of players; was a double tech really necessary. New York is a rough team in the post season traditonally let the play!!!

wow… what a ridiculous technical assessed to Doc Rivers last night. The league needs to review and question Ed Malloy in regards to this T and he should be fined or disiplined like any player or coach would be.
By the way, I am a Heat fan, but this was the most insane technical call I’ve ever seen.
Probably the worst referee in the league. Half of his calls are unexplainable and the other half are bad. He seems to think that people come to the games to watch him officiate and if you disagree with a call, prepare yourself for 4 more bad calls against you in retaliation.
Where is Ed Malloy from? Is he one of those outta town inferiority complex yokels who hates everything New York? EVERY TIME he does a Knicks game he screws the Knicks over.
