Leroy Richardson
Leroy Richardson was born August 21, 1964 and is currently an NBA referee. He has officiated 640+ regular season games. Richardson served 12 years in the United States Navy and judging by his service record, he could probably kick my ass, so I’m not going to say anything derogatory in case he reads this.
