Monty McCutchen
Monty McCutchen was born February 14, 1966, and is currently a referee in the NBA. He has been officiating games since 1993 and wears number 13. McCutchen missed the 1998-99 season with a ruptured Achilles tendon. Not to be deterred, he managed to call 4 technicals on the nurses attending to him and ejected one doctor from the hospital for arguing about the amount of fluid to be given intravenously.

He is such a crappy ref. The calls he made tonight in the Nuggets Kings game are inexcusable for a pro ref to make. He should get off his ego trip and actually ref a basketball game.
